Please go through and fill out our form! Once you submit the form, we will email you a confirmation of your usher date within 7 days if we are able to accommodate your choice of dates. If you have not received an email after 7 days, please first check your Junk or Spam folder. If you still have not received an email, please re-submit the form choosing new dates. If you are attending with a guest, they must fill out their own form. If they have access needs around date booking, please have them call 617.576.9278 Ext 1.
