Evan Turissini

Evan Turissini is overjoyed to return to Central Square Theater, having previously played Sir Pitt (among half a dozen other roles) in Vanity Fair, which was nominated for Outstanding Production and Outstanding Ensemble at the Elliot Norton Awards in 2020. In 2024, he received a Norton nomination for Outstanding Featured Actor for the role of Madame Bijou in The Spider & The Fly with Imaginary Beasts. Other local stage credits include Love’s Labour’s Lost (Lanes Coven Theatre Company); Haunted (Company One); The Bremen Town Musicians, Casey at the Bat (Imaginary Beasts): A Bold Stroke for a Husband (Theatre in the Open); The Antelope Party, Three Sisters (Apollinaire Theatre Company); Romeo & Juliet, Much Ado About Nothing, A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Sh!t-Faced Shakespeare); Revolution’s Edge (Plays in Place/Old North Illuminated); Twelfth Night, Shipwrecked! (Moonbox Productions); and many more. By day, Evan is the Director of Marketing & Communications for Actors’ Shakespeare Project.
