In addition to the talk-backs and scholar events we hold following select shows during the run, donors to Central Square Theater are invited to attend Opening Parties for each production in our season. We invite you to mix and mingle with the cast and crew, staff, and CST community. Other exclusive donor events include invitations to First Rehearsals, where our VIPs get a peek into the first sparks of a production. We hope to see you at the theater and beyond!

Women in Science Brunch

Brunch and Conversation with women scientists shaping our future. 

Thank You to Our Special Guests: Anna Frebel (PhD), Professor of Physics & Division Head for Astrophysics at MIT, best known for her discoveries and spectroscopic analyses of the oldest, most metal-poor stars in the Milky Way and small dwarf galaxies; Anna Von Mertens (MFA) visual artist who studied dark matter as a structuring force in our universe at the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory in Cambridge, Massachusetts and author of Attention Is Discovery: The Life and Legacy of Astronomer Henrietta Leavitt (MIT Press, 2024). Alissa J. Haddaji (PhD) is an Adjunct Professor of Space Law, Policy, and Ethics, specializing in International Space Threat Management (Planetary Protection & Defense) as well as founder and director of The Space Consortium.
