DESCRIPTION: Jean Appolon Expressions will lead an interactive workshop to help build community connection through movement. Following a performance demonstration from JAE dancers, Mr. Appolon will guide participants to express their stories and perspectives through movement. The workshop is limited to 25 participants.

Jean Appolon Expressions is a Haitian-contemporary dance company based in Boston known for its dynamic, meaningful performances and inclusive, demanding workshops. Past work has explored immigration, mental illness, oppression, and protest, among other themes.
