Michaila Cowie

Michaila Cowie (Assistant Stage Manager) is excited to be working on her first production with the Nora Theatre Company. She began her journey in theatre at the age of ten. She is currently a senior studying Theatre Arts at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. She is looking forward to graduating in May to pursue a career as a professional production stage manager. Previous Boston credits include Julius Caesar with Actors’ Shakespeare Project as the stage management intern. Other stage management credits include Dog Sees God with the Off-Broadway Players at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, and A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Dancing at Lughnasa with the Theatre Arts Department at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. Also involved in a non profit stage and film organization working previously as the stage manager and 1st assistant director.

Sam Layco

Sam Layco* (Production Stage Manager) is excited to be returning to the Nora Theatre Company. Her most recent credits include Julius Caesar with Actors’ Shakespeare Project and Men On Boats  with Speakeasy Stage Company. She has also worked with Bridge Repertory Theater, Company One, Boston Public Works, and The Huntington Theatre Company (Production Assistant). She studied theatre management at the University of Portland.

Annabeth Kelly

Annabeth Kelly (Properties Coordinator) is a former Nora Theatre Company intern and semi-recent graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she studied Theater. While her main passions are dramaturgy, writing, and sound design, she made her debut in properties coordination last season with The Nora’s production of The Midvale High School Fiftieth Reunion and is happy to be back at CST doing similar work. At UMass, Annabeth served as assistant dramaturg for the Theater Department’s productions of Marie Antoinette and Collidescope 2.0: Adventures in Pre- and Post-Racial America. She also provided dramaturgical support on The Nora’s production of Intimate Exchanges last season. She is excited to be back working with Central Square Theater in 2018!

Lisa Charlotte Berg

Lisa Charlotte Berg (Properties Coordinator) is excited to be making her Central Square Theater debut. A native of Michigan, Ms. Berg graduated with a BFA from Wayne State University. She is currently the Props Master for the Boston Conservatory and Boston Lyric Opera. Other Boston credits include: A.R.T Institute, Odyssey Opera, Pegasus Early Music,  and Boston Midsummer Opera.

Grant Furgiuele

Grant Furgiuele (Sound Design) is a local audio engineer and sound designer, with credits including The Big Meal (Hovey Players), The Pillowman (Hovey Players), Coyote on a Fence (Hub Theatre Company of Boston), Echoes of Them (Emerson College), The Graduate (Arlington Friends of the Drama), Disgraced (The Umbrella), and An Education in Prudence (Open Theatre Project). In 2017, he was nominated for an EMACT DASH award for Best Sound Design for his work on The Pillowman. He is also a recording engineer and audio editor, with clients including Winchester High School Choirs, Calliope’s Call, and the Trinity Church Concert Series. Additionally, Grant is an experienced actor and musician and, when he’s not lit by the dim blue glow of computer monitors, can be found singing with the Metropolitan Chorale, Vox Futura of Futura Productions, and performing onstage throughout Boston.
