Winnie Chiang (Assistant Stage Manager) (she/ her) is excited to be part the first production of The Chinese Lady in the Greater Boston area. Her recent work includes Do you feel Anger? (Assistant Stage Manager, Kitchen Theatre Company); Joe Turner’s Come and Gone, Our Daughter Like Pillars, The Bluest Eye, Witch (Production Assistant, Huntington Theatre Company); Much Ado About Nothing (Assistant Stage Manager, Commonwealth Shakespeare Company); Shrike (Assistant Stage Manager, Fresh Ink Theatre Company); King Lear, Pride and Prejudice (Stage Management Intern, Actors’ Shakespeare Project).

Kira Gandolfo (Assistant Dramaturg) (she/her) is so thankful to have been a part of this process for The Chinese Lady! She is currently a junior at Boston University’s School of Theatre studying Theatre Arts Performance and minoring in dance. Aside from theater, Kira enjoys reading, going on long walks and romanticizing her little Boston life. Thanks for coming and enjoy the show! 

Jingwen Zhang (Assistant Director) (she/her/hers) Graduated from Emerson College, Theater BFA. A bilingual artist working internationally. Currently residing in Boston as a director, playwright, and stage and production manager. Directed The Orphan of Zhao: A Modern Adaption in Chuang Lab, Love, and Everything Related (virtual productions). Worked as the stage manager in A Deal, Ghost of Keelung, with Chuang Stage, and The Flight of a Legless Bird in Beijing Prism Theater Festival. Also served as assistant stage manager in The Colored Museum, Dracula: A Feminist Revenge Fantasy with The Umbrella Stage Co. and worked as the production assistant for Much Ado About Nothing in Commonwealth Shakespeare Co.

Maegan A. Conroy*, she/her/hers (Stage Manager) is thrilled to be returning to Central Square Theater! Maegan received her BFA in Stage Management from Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois. She and her husband live with their dog in Lowell, MA. Maegan is a proud member of Actors’ Equity Association.

Kai Bohlman (Sound Designer & Composer) – they/them, Boston-based Queer Audio Baddie, Kai is just a human with an affinity for sound and sound adjacent things! Kai is excited to be back at CST with their sound shenaniganry. Previous Design and Composition credits include: Central Square Theater: Angels in America Part 1: Millennium Approaches and Part 2: Perestroika (Co-produced with Bedlam & Elliot Norton nominated), The Chinese Lady (in partnership with Chuang Stage & Elliot Norton nominated).
